Currently, some evidentiary hearings and uniform motion calendar are being conducted remotely via Zoom. However, most trials and hearings will be held in person, consistent with Rule 2.530, Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin., effective October 1, 2022.
All Uniform Motion Calendar hearings, scheduled by the parties, shall be conducted via Zoom by telephone or video-conferencing at the request of any party using the Family Division Zoom link listed below. All special set Family Division Zoom hearings will be provided a discrete Zoom link by the Magistrate's Assistant.
