Effective September 1, 2023, newly filed cases shall be issued a Differentiated Case Management Order (DCMO) pursuant to Administrative Order 3.110. The DCMO shall set forth critical pretrial deadlines necessary to resolve the matter within the time standards of set forth in Rule 2.250(a)(1)(B), Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. The DCMO will provide uniformity across divisions and will provide procedures for amending the DCMO as necessary. Cases pending as of September 1, 2023 shall be issued a DCMO by the court. In accordance with Administrative Order, 3.110, a DCMO in pending cases may be entered without a case management conference.
