The Main Courthouse Law Library will close on September 8, 2026, for major renovations. The reopening date is currently unknown.
Judge Debra Moses Stephens to Retire
Longtime County Court Judge Debra Moses Stephens will retire at the end of 2026 after serving close to 30 years on the bench.
Jacob Noble Elected to County Court Bench
Congratulations to Jacob Noble who was elected to the County Court bench on August 18. Mr. Noble is an attorney and founder of Noble Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Guildford College and a juris doctor from Stetson University. Mr. Noble is set to take the bench on January 5, 2027.
