Jacob Noble Elected to County Court Bench
Congratulations to Jacob Noble who was elected to the County Court bench on August 18. Mr. Noble is an attorney and founder of Noble Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Guildford College and a juris doctor from Stetson University. Mr. Noble is set to take the bench on January 5, 2027.
Judge Debra Moses Stephens to Retire
Longtime County Court Judge Debra Moses Stephens will retire at the end of 2026 after serving close to 30 years on the bench.

We are pleased to announce that Karina Rodriguez-Matzen has been selected to serve as the next Trial Court Administrator for the 15th Judicial Circuit. She will begin Aug 2026 and work with the current TCA Barbara Dawicke through Oct 1.

Dane Leitner Appointed to Circuit
The Governor appointed Dane Leitner to the Circuit bench. Mr. Leitner takes a new circuit judgeship position that the Circuit gained in Fiscal year 2025-2026. Mr. Leitner was a shareholder at GrayRobinson and served as General Counsel for businesses throughout Florida. We congratulate Mr. Leitner and wish him a fulfilling career on the Circuit Bench.
