At the Court's discretion, cases will either be set for Calendar Call or directly set on a future date for trial. All parties, including the Defendant, must appear in-person at Calendar Call. All cases scheduled for Calendar Call should be prepared to begin trial during the following trial week period.
The Court requires final jury instruction to be submitted by 2:00 pm the day before trial is set.
