15th Judicial Circuit of Florida

At the Court's discretion cases will either be set for Calendar Call or directly set on a future date for trial. All parties, including the Defendant, must appear in-person at Calendar Call. All cases scheduled for Calendar Call should be prepared to begin trial during the following trial week period.

The Court requires Motions to Continue Calendar Call be made timely and heard well in advance. All motions for continuance must be made in writing and filed with the Clerk no later than (3) weeks before Calendar Call and a hearing requested no later than (2) two weeks prior to Calendar Call, unless unforeseen and extenuating circumstances arise. Motions to Continue Calendar Call will not be heard the day of.

ATTORNEYS: Please submit a Trial Checklist for each Defendant set for Calendar Call. Trial Checklists are on due the last Friday before Calendar Call. Trial Checklists can be found under "X Forms & Orders." Please submit via e-mail to the Judicial Assistant.
