Gabriel Ermine
Congratulations to Gabriel Ermine on his appointment to the Circuit Court Bench on October 14. Mr. Ermine previously served as an assistant state attorney in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit and as an assistant public defender in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.
Ermine will take the bench on November 9, 2026.
William Minton
Congratulations to William Minton on his appointment to the Circuit Court Bench on October 14. Prior to his judicial appointment, Mr. Minton most recently served as Chief Counsel for the Florida Highway Patrol. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. During this time, he began his career in law enforcement, serving as a deputy sheriff. Mr. Minton would later graduate from Stetson’s College of Law and serve with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office for 12 years.
Minton will take the bench on November 17, 2026.
Sarah Sherman
Congratulations to Sarah Sherman on her appointment to the Circuit Court Bench on October 14. Prior to her judicial appointment, Mrs. Sherman most recently worked as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Law and Society from the University of California Santa Barbara and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. Mrs. Sherman’s background also includes her work as a civil litigator and also as an Assistant State Attorney with the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit.
Sherman will take the bench on December 16, 2026.
