Terms of Service
  • I have obtained permission from the presiding judge/magistrate to use this technology for the event specified;
  • I understand that Court Technology provides hardware on a first come, first served basis that is determined by a complete, approved hardware request.
  • I understand that Court Technology provides hardware for due process cases, and civil case requests may be referred to the law library, who will rent the equipment.
  • I understand that unless Court Technology will attempt to deliver the requested hardware/services (e.g. video connection) to the appropriate venue 15 minutes before at the date/time specified. It is the responsibility of the requestor to ensure someone is there to receive the hardware/confirm the service connection at that time.
  • Given the staff workload, no training can be conducted at the time of delivery. Any request for support/training must be scheduled with Court Technology and conducted in advance of the event.
  • I understand that my request is not confirmed until I have been contacted by someone from the Law Library.
  • A fee may be associated with this rental. If there is a fee, it is due before the event start date.
