Hon. Mark Eissey
With a very heavy heart, the Circuit announces the passing of the Hon. Mark Eissey, County Judge. He served as a prosecutor with the SA's Office in Palm Beach County for 17 years. On January 4, 2005, he was appointed to the County Court bench. He retired January 31, 2022.
General Counsel
The Chief Judge and the Selection Panel are pleased to announce that Ms. Katherine ("Katie") Mullinax was selected to serve as General Counsel. Ms. Mullinax, currently a Supervising Trial Court Law Clerk, will begin her duties as General Counsel on June 7, 2022.

New Assignments
Effective June 6: the Hon. Maxine Cheesman is assigned to Circuit Civil Division AJ, Courtroom 11D. The Hon. Darren Shull is assigned to Division FA, Courtroom 6D.
Closing of Division AB
To facilitate the separation of the probate and family divisions, Circuit Civil Division AB is being closed. Attorneys, parties and pro se litigants with cases currently assigned to Division AB should be aware of the following:
Changes to Divisions
Commencing July 5, 2022, the probate and family divisions of the Court will be reorganized. The following changes will be implemented:
Important Probate and Guardianship Changes
The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit is implementing a new procedure for probate and guardianship cases. Per A.O. 6.201-3/22, effective March 23, 2022, checklists are now required to be filled out and e-filed with specific petitions. Please see the AO for more information. Download checklists
