The Chief Judge has announced that effective October 1, 2018, the Hon. Sherri Collins will preside over the Belle Glade Divisions (with the exception of JA). Judge Collins’ will be assisted by her Judicial Assistant, Sandra Becerra.

The following judges were re-elected:

Congratulations to Circuit Judges (Janis) Keyser, Kroll, Martz, (Joseph) Marx, Rowe and Weiss;
and County Judges Booras, Castor, Collins, Garrison, Hanser
and Bosso-Pardo.

For a timely and fair processing of the inquiries by the self represented litigants in family divisions, the Circuit has implemented the following case inquiry system to be utilized by the self represented litigants.

In order to provide for a more unified approach and to effectuate a savings for the parties, their attorneys and the County Civil Bench in the form of judicial economy; the following changes will take effect beginning March 19, 2018.

The 15th Circuit launched a new ex-parte calendaring app that will serve all probate divisions by January 1st 2018. Main Judicial Center Division hearing dates will be scheduled as of 1/1/18.
