Ms. Rowley received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and her law degree from University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Rowley worked for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit as a Trial Court Law Clerk from 2016 to 2018 and returned to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit as a Supervising Staff Attorney in July 2022. Before joining the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit as a Supervising Staff Attorney, Ms. Rowley worked as a law clerk at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as an attorney at the Florida House of Representatives, and as an associate at a law firm.
